Would you want account progression?

Unlock those real money purchases for all other characters. They might have to be picked up in the mail like the old vet awards are but I'll take it. (I would they all just get added to the mount tab).

For mounts on future characters lock using them behind the chocobo quest, just like with veteran award mounts. Also chocobos shouldn't be account wide. Each character should have their own that they can customize as they want.

Consider though that people have bought mounts and cosmetics multiple times for multiple characters. Is the money they spent just.. gone? Same for people who bothered to unlock titles/achievements/progression on alts. Are all the hours they spent just "oh .. we changed that , sorry you wasted your time?"
