Or that he was caught off-guard by the request for stubble as a customisation option for male characters when it's been a frequent request by many players over the years.

Or that we somehow get a lot of hyper focus on things like the inclusion of feminine fashion accessories and hairstyles, though the long awaited Hairstyles were widely considered to be a dud.
