    I am unsure why we are comparing US telecoms to a Japanese video game studio. Seems like apples and oranges to me. But I would hope we can hold square to a higher standard than to the infamously frustrating US telecoms industry. If square ends up putting me on hold for 40 minutes to get my house like what happens to me when I have to reconnect my Internet since my service provider provider fucked up again, I will be very unamused.
    See, here's the thing. That's not customer facing links, that's internal, and doesn't actually bring the network down cuz redundancies.

    It was a point to show that qa doesn't catch everything, and say what you want about NA telecoms, but I'm the one playing with the newest technology at work lol. They do tend to be on the cutting edge of network tech, even if they aren't very consumer oriented.
