Pointing the finger and blaming those who weren’t unlucky is poor behavior, and it does nothing to actively rectify the situation. The players that won plots—either new or relocated—are not the ones at fault here. Blaming them and punishing them is not the way to go, where as re-rolling the plots that very clearly experienced the no-winners error is a much better situation. Even if I had an unsuccessful relocation, I would stand behind only re-rolling the plots with no winners. Not the entire housing ward because that will just cause even more anger.
If we want to assume, people could just point the finger at those who lost are just being salty they lost. But that won’t solve the problem, nor is it a mature response. Please pick a better response and leave ad hominem out of it.
And if you rollback for everyone, you’re bittering everyone. Especially if they lose their original plot they relocated from (because how are the developers going to handle that), and/or lost in the second round after winning the first one.
There is no 100% fair solution here. So the developers need to decide which solution will hurt the least.
