It’s meant to be a play on the whole “the website that shall not be named” ranking system. Basically, calling him a grey parse player. Just feeding into his stereotype, which is a little unsightly. I assume that is what it correlates to.

Unsightly, perhaps, but given some of his recent "contributions", no doubt well deserved.
