6.1 isn't even here and the salt is coming in droves. Clicking the placard was horrible it was. For us homeowners that got past it. Congrats boys we now get to watch them complain about the lottery system. I have seen a number of threads begging for a lottery system and now they have given it to you and you still complain. This is exactly what you wanted. Real housing OGs know that simply clicking buy was the best shit in the world. We could have begged to have gone back to that but instead you wanted lottery. Sorry to burst your bubble but I still support the Lottery. I know full well that my odds of getting a house are pretty grim but we ALL have the same odds. What those of us who wanted the Lottery, was a fair system. The Lottery is it. I have no complaints about that. Where I DO have complaints is simply the sheer paucity of plots. That has nothing to do with the Lottery. It has everything to do with SE not wanting to pony up more resources to create more supply.

I do support if SE stepped up and designed a system that allows ALL to own a home after YEARS of letting so many players down.

I do support vastly expanding instanced housing (apartment as a guide and template) to allow for instanced interior home sizes of S, M, L + possibly XL with NO DEMOLITION + larger item limits, indoor sunroom for gardens etc

Time to stop punishing/disagreeing with each other and start insisting SE implements the fix.

For those complaining that everyone should get permanent, never to be removed from the game, housing, with no increase in subscription fees to, say, US$20 per month, good luck convincing any company that there should be the potential for 25 million (at last count) players in a game to each have it on multiple characters on multiple worlds.

I suppose that the computer hardware necessary to create such a satisfactory solution could all come with GPUs that could be used for Bitcoin mining while the housing is online.

I sincerely doubt that 25 million created accounts is in any way an indicator of how many people are logged on at once or how many apartments are being rendered at any one time. There are plenty of other MMOs that have provided housing for every single player and got along just fine. Some of them (like SWG) even had in world housing and you could have several per character.

Well my chances are infinitely higher with a lottery system than the click spam system. I stopped trying with the clicking after getting sniped a few times by relocations, but now that there is a lottery it will at least get me engaged with it again.
