Ah, "In from the Cold"?
The general idea behind it was quite good because it really drove home how much more powerful we as the WoL are compared to your average foot soldier and how powerless we are when someone would take that away.
I don't mind body swap duties as much as most people and I found that particular one to be interesting but it was lenghty and it didn't feel like you were really allowed to use your wits instead of strengths because there was precisely one solution and one path you could take and everyhing else was either walled off or a guaranteed death.
Which takes away from the whole "Get creative to survive without your Son Goku level mega powers". Still, with polishing it could've been a good story telling device.

A few tips:
- do not rush it. The duty timer is pretty long and it's better to take your time and avoid risks than doing it again and again because you felt pressured by the timer ticking down
- avoid fighting as much as possible while grabbing as many medical kits as you can and take your time to watch how the enemies move; along the walls is generally safest but if you're not sure when the enemy is about to turn and move again, wait for them to reposition and then run past if it's safe
- take note of things you interacted with even if you can't use them yet. You can write down coordinates or just use the map/ minimap to take note of the location to make it easier to find your way back once you need them
- use buildings and even special mobs as a landmark for orientation in addition to your map/ minimap. You don't have visible walls marked on the map but it helps going like "something I interacted with is to the right of that huge mega mob just behind the collapsed bridge". This way you can use the map for the rough location and mobs/ buildings for orientation once in the general area.

Sometimes this duty is a bit of a waiting game if you want to play it safe.
If it's any consolation: the story leading up to EW and early EW has most of the body swaps, it'll become less once past your current zone.
