    I think then you run into acceptable morality issues. For example, the wealthy buying stolen children to salvage their organs so the old person can live 5 years longer is a proven science, but morally wrong.
    Society as a whole must follow what's accepted morals in all decisions and follow them if we wish it to be as fair as possible to all citizens.

    I meant a different medical treatment than whatever that thing is but the last sentence seems very reasonable and not at all distorted by what was written before.
