You misunderstand me. Everyone knows that this info was long since available. Hell. They literally had a bullet point on it back in the previous LL. What i was looking for was pictures of the new hairstyles and info about the fantasia issue. We know they said they were looking into it, but i want confirmation on if it's fixed or not. Not them saying the age old meme "please look forward to it"

I hope it's something that is brought up in their next stream- There's no excuse to why Hrothgar have to use Fantasia imo. They should not had been released if their options were going to be gated like that.

Y'sthola's hairstyle

I don't have either of them but I wonder if that one or Minfilia's hairstyle (or both?) might get some sort of priority because it's a Mogstation item, I was pretty surprised they even bothered with the Pulse hair so I guess it's possible.

Though Pulse had a male counterpart, maybe Aymeric and/or Thancred's hair for male Viera then?

I want Yshtolas and minfilias they would look awesome on viera. Also I want them since I paid for them. Of the legacy ones I would really love the soft curls. The braided ponytail would be nice as well. But with our luck so far we will get the side ponytail with the flower. I really dislike that one even if it won the hairstyle contest.

I think it's basically guaranteed they'll have a normal hairstyle system without need for fantasia. Let's entretain the idea it's still the old system... They want to add more hairstyles, and even more each patch from now on. What would they do? Keep adding multiple face options for hrothgars with multiple hair and face combinations? we'd have 12? 24? Different faces and every patch they keep adding more they'd expect them to either only be usable by brand new characters or expect people to pay 10 dollars if they want to change? Multiple times since they'll add more in multiple patches? It makes absolutely no sense at all! So you have nothing to fear. They wouldn't have gone to the trouble to do that and wait for this patch while viera got new hairs with the expansion's launch if they weren't taking their time at a harder challenge to rework this system. They are still launching female hrothgar, so they need to rework the system anyway if they want to release that race with changeable hairstyles, we know the female demographic wouldn't accept a race that beyond not getting hats wouldn't have customizable hair.

They'll probably do a small-ish amount again and try and balance between the male/female leaning styles like last time so there's a decent chance it'll be there, I like it fine on male characters just don't find it a super exciting hairstyle for female characters. Especially with so few options already
