I mean, sure, people probably do indeed leave on all DCs, but I've seen it maybe...twice? Three times in my 10ish years in this game on a Japanese DC. They're not wrong about it not being an issue on many DCs. I'd say it is a non issue in my experience.

I'm not saying it's an ideal situation, wonderfully balanced or whatever, just commenting on the fact that, imho, people don't really leave that often in my experience.

I hope they make Cast/Prae trust instances, then rework MSQ to be any/all bottlenecks for MSQ progression. It should include particularly unpopular dungeons, trials and alliance raids that are required for progression. Stuff like Shinryu, stuff like Crystal Tower, stuff like the core expansion-final dungeons, like Amaurot (the level 60, 70, 80, 90 final dungeons).

There's no reason the roulettes can't overlap, even though that might mean getting the same exact thing twice in one day (eg. Shinryu for Trial, and again for MSQ).

Moreover, if they go this route, I think it should be a one time thing- if you abandon it, you just forfeit MSQ for the day entirely to prevent people from leaving longer things (like the Amaurot dungeon) in favor of fast-easy facerolls.

I like where you are going with this, though I don't agree with the day long penalty for leaving. Sometimes things happen or the party is simply too far gone to help.

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.

That's true- there should be some way to discourage leaving..but maybe it's 3 strikes in a week, or something.
