We really should be able to glamour other jobs' sets

It's already hard enough finding a specific role to use Aetherial Mimicry on when scoping out Limsa.
If it wasn't for job-restricted gear I'd be forever lost!

Now here's an idea: look at the weapon on the characters' backs, instead of their glamour.
