We really should be able to glamour other jobs' sets

I'd love it if glamour restrictions were released if only so I could use my type-51 Yorha hoods on roles other than scouting and aiming. Every other hood has a weird shape to it and the only good one from Cryptlurker gear have masks that can't be removed with /visor.

IMO I think that restrictions is there to don't mess with greed/need system since in order to remove them SE has to do two things: change all items to "any DW/DM/DH/DL" or create a level 1 duplicate. Second option I don't imagine SE doing it since: something something my data base is about to explode... something something... why do you think we removed belts?".

I think a good option will be to turn any non current tier gear to "any DW/DM/DH/DL" and keep current with restriction until become non current. Not perfect but could work. I don't know.

The fact they were able to restrict *and* unlock dyeing on EW AF gear without giving us entirely new items makes me think they're working to untangle some things in the code? Hopefully this includes uncoupling being able to equip vs. Glamour gear

That's a pretty good point! That was actually something we never seen before, even the little interface indicator for it (padlock on top of the dye circle). I hope they share something about glamour tomorrow in the live letter!
