just delete mount, problem solved, instead of mount, now our sprint is equal to mount speed and unlimited duration, no idea about flying though, just put swimming animation on it i guess.

no but at least it auto dismounts you when talking to an npc, so why not when entering combat?

One thing I miss from WoW is that you automatically dismount when you attack something

No one misses it, no one wanted it, it is and was a way to extend playtime by having to fight every useless, worthless speedbump mob. Also you cant attack mounted.

I suggest reading full text first instead of reading half (of less) of sentence and jumping to conclusions.

What is asked is that if YOU press action key when you are mounted, you will dismount, not "you dismount if you are attacked". 2 different concepts

It also auto dismounts you when you click a gathering node.

We're talking about auto dismounting when attacking a mob here. Who the hell cares if it's "safe" if you're making the choise to attack something?
