There’s that toxic casualism. Far more prevalent in the game than sweaty try hardsIt's a video game. Lol
Don't like the party, find a new one. It really is that simple mate.
Or break T&C's and get banned, I am happy either way.
But if you're sweating that hard, go find a static that sweats just as much. You talk about personal responsibility, yet you take none. Its on you to find a team that operates to your 'standards' and if PF isn't doing it, get a static.
Trying to dictate how others play their own game is absolutely absurd...think about it.
Toxic casualism lol
Why? Because I don't think you have any right to tell others what to do? Because I have pointed out that you don't even need to play with the people you have problem with?
OK mate.
Or maybe toxic casualism and toxic elitism both coexist and neither can exist without the other. Further, maybe some people just have a low and unrealistic baseline for what actually constitutes as toxic casualism. Wouldn't be the first time. Yes, yes I am looking at the guilty sin of throwing around the term 'white knight'.

Says the person telling people what to do...
I don't see the problem with raising the bar to a competent standard. That kind of attitude just holds people down.
I'm not telling anyone what to do.
I have pointed out the elephant in the room...you don't have to play with these people, who are clearly causing you a lot of distress it would seem.
It would be a different story if you unable to form parties to tackle end game content, and who you matched with was down to rng. But it isn't.
Am I wrong?
Has anyone mentioned that “stone sky and sea” or whatever it’s called that is essentially a “dps check” duty.
There’s a similar thing in another game, and you essentially get an achievement for clearing it which can be seen by others.
Kindve surprised there isn’t an option for PF groups to check/require that you have cleared the equivalent “dps check”
Like if you are doing P1S there could be a checkbox for “duty complete: stone sky sea p1s”
Idk just a thought.
These casuals usually are not in end game content. Most end game content needs a pre made anyways. Doesn’t mean a person can’t expect some form of ability beyond showing up and 1,2,3ing for casual content.I'm not telling anyone what to do.

But those are the sweaty try hards as you see them. Keep excusing poor play and vilifying people who put in an honest effort and the player base will never evolve.
