I don't need viera exclusive hairstyles.

The issue is if we don't have something to make up for the limitations on headgear, what's actually appealing about the Viera from a new players perspective? They could choose Miqo'te which has access to all hats and hairstyles, or they could choose Viera which has a few modern aesthetics followed by very few headgear options. If the Viera had the perk of more race-exclusive hairstyles, more players would switch over because they have something that makes them stand out more and makes up for the restrictions.

The last that I took in consideration choosing a viera were the viera exclusive hairstyles. Viera have in my view the most beautiful females. I just like everything on them. There is no tail that clips through, they have fluffy ears, I love the way they walk, I love how my glamours look on her. I'm just a hair-changer addict and can't stand the small selection of styles.

Miqo's are hyurs with other ears and tail. Au'Ra are hyurs with scales and tail. Viera are hyurs with other ears. Lalafell are cones with hairs (haha sorry). There is not much difference among the races and it's mostly personal preference.

But if we could have something to make up for the limitations like SE originally planned, we should still take it, not give them the satisfaction of leaving two races unfinished for the sake of less work. We may be unable to wear hats, but if we had access to more exclusive hairstyles they would come with accessories and perhaps even a hairstyle with a hat fixed to it, overall it would accommodate us and expand our variety. If they can't handle the work load and keep retracting their promises without a new plan to make up for our issue, maybe they shouldn't bring in gender counterparts because it's clearly too much of a strain for them. The amount of money they've earned from Viera and Hrothgars limitations as well as the massive influx of players resulting in their profits going through the roof, too right they should give us something in return... Especially because we waited for years.

IMO after seeing how shared hairstyles looked I going to say that SE choice of just giving Viera their own hairstyles was the right one and they should keep adding more overtime.

Me saying this means that I agree with how they decided to add Viera? No but what's done it's done.

Adding exclusive and unique stuff to races with limitations is the way to go.

At this point I'd be content if Hrothgar hairstyles weren't linked to their faces. 4 hairstyles with some slight tweaks for the whole race.

Yeah you got me with that. I'm bouncing from viera to miqo every six months or so. And every time I change back from viera I'm saying it's the last time...

BUT to tell it right: I'm not against adding more viera exclusive styles. I just don't think it'll make them address the issues we have that are holding them back to give viera the shared styles. I doubt they will do both at the same time. For ME most of the exclusive styles are not wearable. I dislike the fluffy hair and loooong fluffy ponytails. I believe most viera players think the same. I mostly used the hairstyle Quintessa is using now.

Feelcraft says 80 % are using that style. If I would still be viera, we would be 4 out of 4 viera that posted on that thread site with that style.

And it seems SE means with viera exclusive hair thats enormous hair with a flowery hair clip added. A tleast you find a flowery hair clip if the hair isn't fluffy.

I don't even want hair monster, I just wanted the long silky manes, but anything below shoulder length is apperenly forbidden (no doubt because physics hard). I would be fine with just having the original Viera hairs instead of Fran&Friends remakes

Also more ear styles. They missed a ton of them and I really would love a 'pony tail' ear option with them fully flopped and tied like hair.

This 'twin tails' hairstyle was actually in XII on the Viera NPC's, only it was the same length as Modern Aesthetics: Greater lengths so maybe it would be more sensible to be at that length. If it were down to our ankles it would have too many issues.
