Instead of figuring out interesting ways to make other jobs bring interesting things or sheer power, they make everything simple in terms of job design. Though they still can't balance that well...

What really annoys me is how Squeenix handles Dps- and Mitigation Buffs. Instead of giving, for example, a Tank a -30% dmg recieved Buff or Buffing already existing ones, they instead distribute those Buffs evenly among all Jobs, so that everyone gets that silly +5% to +10% bonus instead.

Just give only Tanks the dmg mitigation tools, only healers the heal modifiers and only dps Jobs their damage increase.
