generally I cant be bothered to kick people, and if you are running into the problem THAT often, it might be a sign of other things.
I find blacklisting works far better

I find they come in bursts. I can go months without ever needing someone to be vote kicked. Then a patch will come, or an event will be announced, then all of the returning players rush the game and whoops, the next three World of Darkness (and it is always WoD) runs are absolutely unplayable because there's at least one tank deliberately spinning the bosses around in circles, a DPS racing the rest of the party to pull the boss ASAP to try and get as many people killed as they can before the tanks can grab aggro away and someone just yelling at everyone else despite them needing to be revived five times every fight because they've failed every mechanic possible.

I usually just chalk that up to playing with others.I find they come in bursts. I can go months without ever needing someone to be vote kicked. I guess boils down to 98% of the time the short period I have to spend with people like that is the price I pay for usually having a wonderful time. once something is done, I never have to see that person again, why delay it or make it worse if you dont manage to kick them? lol
