If 3 or 7 people set conditions for the speed of the dungeon - you either adjust to that, or go out and look for another group. No actually, I didn't get kicked, I just had a premade that were trolling the entire dungeon and pulling more then I felt comfortable doing. But because they were in a premade, I couldn't do anything about it. I am really tired of people like this, that ruin other people's experiences just to show off to their friends. It happens in so many games and so many games are ruined by it. Of course you would leave but if anyone in my guild got kicked for being obnoxious, I would happily stay. I don't have loyalty to people who cannot be respectful or decent.

Sounds like you want to steal the vote from others. Why do you want the drama of three people leaving you standing alone at the purple line in an empty dungeon?
Grin and bear it is the way. The only time I do a vote kick is a DC past 5 minutes. Otherwise I sit back, and do my best to enjoy the spiciness of the run. If the run is too hard and beyond my capabilities, then I have the option to leave.
If the other three players are going a bit tougher than you can handle, it's a great time to ask for any advice on how to play your class better. And if it's still too much for you to handle, apologise and leave.
But one person should never be given the power to override the other three.
Free Company or FC in this game. Guilds are for crafting.

It's not 3 or 5 people and that is a problem with the current system. 2/4 and 4/8 is not a majority. It should be something that requires the other 3/5 people to all agree to.

This is like saying only "Undecided" voters should be able to go to the polls on election day.

My big wish for vote kick comes hand in hand with a fix for the loot rolling system. You can't initiate a vote if people haven't rolled on loot, which means if someone's trolling they can just not roll on loot and four minutes is more than long enough for people to want to start the next encounter, which means more loot, which means kicking an active troll in something like an alliance raid becomes surprisingly hard unless they're actively causing wipes.

Yeah, I noticed that as well, so it basically gives a free license to trolls. My big wish for vote kick comes hand in hand with a fix for the loot rolling system. Yes. This is why League of Legends doesn't allow parties of 4 to queue for ranked flex mode. A party of 4 can troll one player by refusing to forfeit early and keeping them hostage or by forcing an early surrender.
Fix it how? Not being able to kick while loot is being rolled is 100% intentional. The alternative is "aiming piece drops, BRD rolls, DNC initiates vote kick on the BRD, DNC wins roll unopposed", which is waaaaaay worse. My big wish for vote kick comes hand in hand with a fix for the loot rolling system. I'd say either at least let the vote go through or at least queue up (so once everyone rolled the vote would automatically pop up), but not kick them, until the loot is resolved; or let people roll on things they haven't rolled on after leaving the dungeon. I've certainly spaced out and walked out of a portal before rolling on the final boss loot before and realized I'd wanted something that dropped right after. Though the latter is likely never going to happen due to how things work, but I don't see why the former can't.

There was some bad mess with people kicking based on loot a very long time ago. I think the loot timer is way too long, though; surely by 30 seconds you should be able to make a decision for dungeon loot.I'd say either at least let the vote go through or at least queue up (so once everyone rolled the vote would automatically pop up), but not kick them, until the loot is resolved; or let people roll on things they haven't rolled on after leaving the dungeon.
