I just contacted Support myself to request a refund for the three months remaining on my sub. Personally, I made a point of bringing up the fact that the benchmark did not suffer from the stutter, and using the words "false advertising." No idea if that will work but I thought it was worth a shot.

Trolls and overly-defensive fans who don't understand that we're fans too are going to be out in force for the next few days. Do try to avoid feeding them.

For anyone who uses Twitter (I'm reluctant to dive into the cesspit but I'm starting to seriously consider it), please make as much noise in as many places as possible. But PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.
