Why NOT allow PvP's Combo-actions to be used in PvE?

I don't think the PVE combo action would take procs into it (at least not from what I read), but specifically the abilities that are gcd and read in 1-2-3 (1,2,3 being placeholders for any strict combination of buttons in the rotation). So jobs like Dancer and Bard would play exactly the same as before with this system.

My point was that saying that a combined combo would work because proc classes technically have 1-1-1 gameplay wasn't a fair comparison.
True 1-1-1 gameplay like what you'd expect from a combined combo action does exist in some classes and the players maining those have only had complaints about it since the beginning.
