Oh I don't doubt that for a minute. The problem is if I don't always queue with people I know (I can't always do that), I'm pretty much guaranteed to run a dungeon that pushes me to my absolute limit. On one hand it's exhilarating. On the other I'm carrying the tank or whoever that can't manage to understand simple mechanics or mitigate properly. The odds of me doing a random dungeon with people I don't know and not feel like I'm pushing myself are incredibly low.
And this is my biggest issue with the healing crying or cries, its legit just people who are close minded to the actual state of the game, you see this same thing in league of legends where challenger players cry about balance despite being the top 0.1% of the game and majority of the pb being gold. Then if they smurf they rage that other players are so bad because they do not have the mentality to accept they are the outlier in terms of average level of skill. IF the game was balanced around the super hardcore tryhard raiders it would be impossible for anyone to play due to difficulty.
