While I appreciate the discussion, I've gotten all the "create a party finder" and so on that I can handle for the evening. If you think I'm imposing my playstyle on someone, when the duty was created for challenge/loot/aetherpool leveling, then you are absolutely crazy.

You must work at some corporate's PR or something with how you're wording things. You clearly don't appreciate hearing the same thing over and over, when it's true and you don't want to acknowledge it by nitpicking every little thing people say.

I've been in a trial roulette before where three people were RPing while others were loading in, and even stopping everything to RP. EVEN RPING THE FACT THAT WE WIPED 'how are we still alive? But didn't we just enter here?' We ended up wiping because two of the RPers were the healers, and they LET people die because of 'hurr hurr RP reasons'.

If someone is making things take longer than needed, then they'll probably be kicked. What I said is a more extreme reasoning, but still it hinders the majority.

You do realize that without the EXP incentive, both PotD and HoH would be completely dead content that would be near impossible to complete as a party nowadays, yes? All the loot is entirely meaningless due to it being dirt cheap on the market board sans the Nightmare Pegasus and Dodo mounts. You can deem it "crazy" all you fancy but you're simply wrong. A Duty Finder party in any content is entirely at the whims of who joins. If you're wanting a slow dungeon run to take in the new scenery and lore yet get paired with three people who wanna pull everything in sight, then the group has every right to be upset with you slowing them down as they're the majority. It's simply how any DF party works.

Not an abuse. Difference in playstyle is a valid reason for dismissal and has been for years. GMs won’t do anything about it.

Unless you are dismissing for one of the reasons provided, you are abusing the system and just because you've never been reported doesn't mean it's not reportable.

If you pulled that nonsense with me I would make sure you were punished for it.

The GMs have gone on record saying that dismissal for difference of playstyle is valid and not an abuse of the system. If you want to disagree with them, then you can. But they have said it’s a valid reason to dismiss someone.

The weird thing is that it doesn't actually change anything if you speedrun. "I want to go into HoH to gain aetherpool and collect chests." You're always going to get aetherpool and collect chests. I think you'll find that if you do 4 runs of speedrunning vs 3 runs of checking out every room, you'll be at about the same place.

You are lying. No GM ever said you can dismiss someone from a dungeon for reasons other than the ones provided.
