Yeah as much as i love FFXIV this is something that i definitely wish would change. My favorite type of MMO content is the classic holy trinity dungeon experience with parties of ~5 and i think FFXIV's dungeons leaves a lot to be desired. They look very pretty and serve a great purpose in the story, but they tend to be complete facerolls where you just hit sprint, wall-to-wall pull to the boss, nuke everything and repeat. I would really like some sort of M+ type system or atleast unlocking harder versions at max level that provice somewhat of a challenge, akin to the heroics in the Burning Crusade.

Even the "Expert" roulette dungeons are just more of the same in terms of difficulty, just higher ilvl drops. For those of us who really dont like to (or cant for whatever reason) play the game on a schedule with a static dungeons and alliance raids (which are equally simple since they're meant for everyone as a catch-up mechanic) is pretty much the only combat oriented end-game content we got. I haven't touched WoW for about a year but M+ was one of my favorite additions to that game in recent years.
