Honestly, PLD's weakness compared to the other tanks feels, quite frankly, unintended. This big of a gap between highest and lowest wasn't present in ShB and I see no reason to believe they'd intentionally make a wider gap in output. PLD should be even higher than it is in ex2 considering that your big damage skill is an AoE and doesn't have a drop off, but even the top 300 parses (some of which should be mega-padded, given you can potentially hit at least 3 targets with confetior) don't have a single paladin in them.

I hope your right. I do remember that they did say they were adjusting psychical and magic damage amounts to be in line with each other because of some old code in the past they were not calculated the same. Combined with the stat squish that happened this might explain everything.
