The Burning Field HP values are tuned against the expected dps performance of each job under target dummy conditions. If you're taking over 20 seconds longer to clear one job's target dummy than another despite nearly identical gear, it likely indicates that you're making a significant error somewhere across your standard rotation for at least one of them. I'm sure that there are plenty of players who can troubleshoot this for you if you provide more details on what you're doing.
The only problem I have with PLD is his 17sec FoF use.
I caused so many prepull wipes because I did not notice the start of the countdown.
Beside that the PLD DMG is a bit on a lower side but now completely acaptable.
It is also easy to recover lost GCDs to keep everything nice in the buff window.
PLD is fine now and does not need direct DMG adjustments.

Unsure if this has been mentioned but I am thinking with the way magic has been currently changed they still may need to tweak it. If you look at many jobs that have a magic rotation or even magic elements to their kit their damage numbers overall are lower than that of physical damage. I am assuming they just need to tweak the numbers a bit still, as they are not use to how their new system works and how it is added up all together in whatever algorithm they implemented within the code.
It's whole rotation is a complete mess and got it's self stuck in a loop. Magic attacks are strong, and it's physical output is weak. Problem is Reqs 1st leads a whole rotation issue screwing FoF and the only way to get around it is burn 16s of it before even engaging. FoF 1st it's too slow for raid buff windows, and it has to skip Atonements to remotely keep up with raid buffs. SHBs it competition Drk because of it's Rdps output, pretty level with GNB, and GNB is still currently the MVP tank.Unsure if this has been mentioned but I am thinking with the way magic has been currently changed they still may need to tweak it.
