When are you going to fix the RANDOM DISCONNECTS?

WTG S-E. once again for the second day in a row I get KICKED to the lobby and back in the queue at 3,500 +. Are you kicking people out on purpose who have been in game 4+ hours? You know I don't mind waiting ONCE for the queue but to be kicked to the lobby for NO REASON, log back in within seconds and GET A FRACKING QUEUE is UNACCEPTABLE.

Another day another disconnect to the lobby, wasn't even on the game more than 20-30 minutes, not counting last night kicked back to the lobby. If this doesn't get fixed, then I will request a refund. I paid 6 months in advance a few weeks ago. I can't play the game worrying that I am going to be kicked any second and have to fight another 1-3 hours just to get back online for a few minutes and have to log off for work.

This is beyond stupid, I can care less about the free game time, you are wasting my time, waiting in queue twice per day when we should not be kicked or if nothing else you should be saving our place to log right back in.

Nope. I can play for hours on end and the game is just fine. Obviously there's an issue there somewhere, but it's hard to tell whether it's your ISP, your hardware or something with the game. Once people are able to log in the game performs well 99% of the time. At this point, I would consider looking at your hardware to make sure everything is working correctly.
