A few dungeons in ARR had some form of enrage whilst they were relevant. A few examples: Miser's Mistress in Aurum Vale where you'd need to use fruit faster than they spawned, eventually causing dot damage to overwhelm the healer. In Amdapor Keep, Demon wall had a baby soft enrage by the way of the Bees being quite difficult to deal with. Anantaboga had a much firmer enrage via Imminent Catastrophe only being avoidable 4 times before you ran out of statues to hide behind.
Note that many of these don't really function correctly anymore, either simply due to the boss dieing far too quickly or players just having enough HP/Defense to simply survive what was once a one shot back in the day.
