Ashamed to admit, but this made me chuckle. Bit extreme though. :P Also it's more like 8/14 since we technically underwent 8 rejoinings because of Ardbert whereas everyone else has 7.

1 original from the source, 7 rejoinings, plus Ardbert. We probably won't be going shard hopping to kill the rest

No guarantee they're even alive to be fair, they might be chilling in the lifestream waiting to get chucked into a new body. There are probably way more souls than there are corporeal forms to go around.

You don't count your original existence on the source. :P I can't recall exactly what quest it was (have to look) but Emet-Selch in ShB says something along the lines of "You are not like these half-men; you are of the source, seven times rejoined." So 8/14 is accurate as there have been 7 calamities, not 8, and plus Ardbert.

This is where I get confused.

Originally source us would have been 1/14.

First calamity / rejoining = 2/14.

So after seven calamties / rejoinings we'd be 8/14 then add Ardbert for 9/14?

We are still the WOL. The only thing that is going to change is what plot we're going into next. How big or small it is we don't know yet. And another point... we never stopped being adventurers. :/
