Long queue times? Can't be helped. Server hardware not available? Can't be helped.

Actual errors in the code? CAN be helped. That should be what everyone should focus on. Without 2002's, a good number of people would be perfectly fine to sit and wait their turn, if they knew that when it was up they could actually play.
Look, I get the frustration. I just got booted back for the first time since about a week ago. 2.9k - 4.4k.

What I don’t get is why people are lambasting and raking SE over the coals for something that clearly can’t be fixed. A lot of people are saying that these things can be fixed but then it’s like… if they were able to they would’ve done something by now, because this *is* bad press- and not all press is good press. They stand to lose sub money for a good month or two if it continues. That’s a LOT. There’s no benefit to them not fixing it, and every benefit to them fixing it. If they fix it that’s another notch on their ‘JFC these devs are some of the best MMO devs’ belt. If they don’t that’s a good few good noodle stars removed.

And again, as I said above, OP was complaining about the queue specifically, and not about the disconnects. Hence “regardless of the 2002s.”
