At some point you must realize they never cared about na and eu servers.
I made a new account for the expansion..but the servers WERE full before EW launch. You'd still get a queue of 30 people in September prime times. I started august 2019 , they should've had time years ago to fix the congestion (even pre-shadowbringers) looks like WE ALL JUST GONNA HAVE TO SUCK IT because this game apparently has a potato budget.

BUT WE CAN STILL GET A COLLAB WITH SIA RIGHT?

and yes i made another thread to add to the endless ones because people are upset for a valid reason.

It might be, right now queues are still quite painful at peak times. I was at 6000 when I queued up three and a half hours ago. Now I'm at 800 (and thankfully no 2002s today). So 4-6 hour queues aren't uncommon on Chaos at least, especially if you get a 2002 and get sent to the back again.

1 - all the money in the world can't get you something that doesn't exist, and the higher ups at Square Enix aren't willing to invest inflated amounts of money on infrastructure that will only be needed on a temporary basis. You can't force the hardware to come into existince that they need in order to do the upgrades, the developers have even talked about this. Lack or hardware and work restriction with getting people to install with with the pandemic have made the upgrades they want to do difficult to impossible in the immediate.

2 - the above said, the collaboration with Sia ran into neither of those issues. They didn't need to deal with the COVID restrictions to hear her concept, and have animations created, nor did they need to order new electronic hardware to do it, thus making your complaint of "they can do x but not y!" invalid.

I got in!

Then DCed mid dungeon. When I tried to log in again it said "We need to log you out first" so it logged me out. I saw my poor dced body vanish on my brothers screen.

I am now back at 4700 in queue.

True despair.

Helloow, it's not a free game ... every evening 5k+ players in queue = more than 3 hours waiting before log = not enough time to play. That game is now only playable without family and without job ?

They gave us 7 days, the issue started 10 days ago. Waiting for the next 7 free days....
