I noticed on the promo page a little disclaimer "It may be possible to obtain this through other means in the future."

My mind immediately went to the Mogstation. Or maybe they'll add it as a prize for the Kupons, or Irregular mog tomes.

I ordered off grubhub a few hours ago. Had no issues entering the promo code and got free delivery.
Maybe instead of the app, just go to the website directly. Make sure the order is $15 or more before tax, tip, and delivery fee. If this isn't working and you suspect it might be because you have grubhub+, you could try a new account. Other than that, idk. I hope you guys can resolve this issue.

Yeah, the promo doesn't work. SquareEnix only provided a handful of codes for the Game Awards, not for the whole promotion period.

In seriousness, i'm pretty sure Square meant to make it so you can still apply the promo code without getting the discount after so many people got it but messed it up somewhere.

I suppose one could pay another in a grub hub area to order and just use your email for the code (if that is how it is done and probably best to find one that does not play ff14 so they would not care about the code.) They help you ..you help them with some grub kupo.

Should it really have to be this way for everybody? No. But it is what it is kupo.
