
Don't you mean a limit of 48 slots on controller? The 4th set of 16 goes to all jobs by default, which at the start of ShB had way too many crafter actions on it due to the button bloat on crafters.Controller user. I have absolutely nothing that I need in-combat that can't be handled within a limit of 32 slots... and I didn't even need to expand the double tap to more than 4 slots per side yet.
I do think this game over-bloats the actions for sake of making players feel like they're super engaged because there are more flashy buttons to press... But I don't think it's overwhelming.
