You really need to get off of this Popularity thing.....its not even an argument. And your taste doesn't resonate with everybody, hurry up and learn to accept that.
Different people have different taste. Some things appeal to a Broader Base then others. Everybody should be able to get the Flavor they like.
The "Pretty" Crowd has all types of Flavors to chose from...meanwhile the Beastmen Crowd, only has one. And we are hoping our next one will be good to.

Why should I? At the end of the day female hrothgar are a product. It's why male viera came out first, and femhroth are on the backburner. If they decided to come out with incredibly niche designs, on an already niche racial concept, it would be a complete waste of resources, dev time, and money. Regardless of it supposedly making the game's racial options more diverse, and "completing" hrothgar as a race. Just go and try to sell a product that isn't popular.

Female hrothgar should not only fill out this niche (a female bestial race), but also be appealing enough to customers that it's actually worth the investment, and time spent.

SE sure knows why ... must be why the first Femroe of note in the game since the Scion 1 got GOT turned into this.

Yeah, why did they alter the femroe build? I wonder..
