This isn't devaluing his game and the time he put into it, you're throwing that in there. I'm saying people who revolve their life around it and acting out is bad.

I'm trying to figure out where you get this leap in logic from. If someone is pretty upset a hobby they have passion for got delayed is now life revolves around it? Gaming is a great stress relief and matters to many people. Just like sports, fishing, or any other hobby. So I'm not sure having passion for something means life revolves around it.

Was I frustrated and many others on here about the delay? YES! As much I want to play Endwalker now I know it can't be changed. I paid back at the end of september for the 60 days, and now knowing I might not have the income available to play it in December soon but things happen and I have accepted that fact.

Other players going beyond frustration? How are these players helping the situation? Not much, and its making the english forums look bad.

They are not, and we have a right to call them out on it when they take it too far, but what is too far?

To me talking about it on Twitter, Reddit, or the forums is not taking it too far. It is a way to let out stress, and talk with other people about it.


I cross the line when people attack developers. No amount of passion or stress gives anyone a right to attack people who are working. They are a business, do you think they want to delay? It makes no sense that they would unless they cared about what they want to give. (or in some developments at least a working game.) However, we can clearly see the developers care a lot about the game. So being upset is ok, attacking people no matter what side you are on this..is not.
