It is prohibited to interfere with the combat of others in the following manner:

Using actions during combat to cause other players to fall from platforms or field areas to incapacitate them.
Using and manipulating enmity-related actions in an effort to incapacitate other players or interfere with gameplay.
Gathering groups of enemies to obstruct the view of others.

If a report has been filed and the prohibited activity is confirmed, a penalty will be issued.

"Occurs when progress is not going well in a duty" is pretty concerning, yeah. But on the positive side it does specifically say "if the following types of situations are *confirmed to be occurring repeatedly*"

Seems like you would need to be vocal about leaving the duty because it's not going well, and need to do it multiple times with the same person(s) in the group to witness for them to determine intent and put in the report.

I wonder where the line between a "suggestion" and a "demand" is. I mean, imagine youre trying to heal a tank that doesnt use defensive cooldowns.
Obviously saying outright "I suggest you use cooldowns because x" is fine.
Roundabout statements are most likely fine. "Using defensive cooldowns makes my job easier."
However these are frankly a bit too wordy and not how most people express themselves when wanting to ask something, especially mid duty where you want to be succint as to not drag the group behind while you type.
a most common way of asking them to use cooldowns is "Please use cooldows" or the even briefer "tank use cds".

My question is, would saying "use cds" count as making a demand? Would simply adding "please" make it fine? I genuinely dont think anyone would report you for asking such reasonable requests even without saying please, but they technically are demands. I still dont think a GM would action you if youre polite about it... but would a more polemic demand like "please pull bigger" be likely to be actioned on?

So, the rule is basically "don't be a dick about it".

Over half the rules that pertain to interacting with other players have nothing to do with "don't be a dick about it" with they way they are worded. Did you even read it? Oh crap, "Did you even read it" is a reportable offence now. guess I'm getting punished.

Edit: Those who keep insisting that all the Prohibited Behavior is just about not being rude either didn't read the Prohibited Behavior page, don't understand the implications with how these could be abused, or are just plain disingenuous. Over half the on the Prohibited Behavior dealing with player interaction has nothing to do with being rude or not.

Repeatedly. I think this is directly targetting Mentors leaving EX trials in Mentor roulette for instance. I don't think it will be an offense if I queue for Anima in 6.0, wipe 4 times, leave because it doesnt work and without insulting players, queue again and clear it with another team.

I think you can get around this one by saying "I expected this to be done within X amount of time and I have IRL stuff to deal with, sorry!"

To me, this seems more like "Using Shirk to let people die", more than not provoking something because a DPS pulled before you.

Just want to add, I believe after some wipes with no progress, most of the players would agree it is not going to clear. A vote abandoned will very like pass

I can see some people starting to require joining Discord for PF runs to avoid this ridiculousness.
