why so much players have a rush mentality

I am dealing. I go out of my way to get a pre made party and try to not use DF.even if it takes 10-20 min. But the problem stay as is. People are not willing to exept the rest of the party are real humans and don't want to talk things out and be nice.

You're not, actually. If you were, you wouldn't be sticking your fingers in your ear saying 'la-la-la I can't hear you' across 13 pages.
