So while looking for some available housing in Ul'dah I noticed several homes in one ward all owned by Moon, isn't there something we could do to stop these people with multiple accounts owning different homes as it takes houses away from other players.

Prepare to be banned I said same thing with a similar thing on Ragnarok. They are aware of it but are not going to do anything about it.
