WoW players are not boogiemen to be afraid of. If you're getting called out for not dealing enough damage, something would seriously have to have gone wrong like a dancer using their steps while being miles away from the enemies or a healer refusing to dps at all in a dungeon run. Otherwise, it would be difficult to notice that anything unusual is happening. Oftentimes these are easy fixes and it's not difficult to suggest ways to improve in a helpful manner rather than a toxic one.
Calling out someone for not doing enough damage is using ACT to harrass and can get you banned. How do you know a certain person is not doing enough damage? Use those addons and UIs as much as you want. Yoshi-P doesn't care if you use an addon unless you start using it to be a bully. Also, don't try to tell someone how to improve unless they ask for it or you ask them first. I am not against help people improve, but I am not about to get banned for doing it.
