




And I can't see them doing something that will massively hurt new players who may not have as much gil. It's possible they'll increase MSQ gil to compensate or something.It has always been based on distance, the current formula being a price per distance plus 100 gil, capped at 999 gil in total. I've mapped out the whole system this way.
If anything the altered version is less distance-based, or at least being calculated by a different method, because you can see all destinations in a zone have the same price.
As I said in the other thread, the price change is minimal for close destinations and seems reduced for further destinations.
