    The owner of those houses bought FC houses and relocations from other players many times over the placard price and relocated the houses into LB Ward 12 over months/years.
    If you join the housing discords, you can speak with the owner yourself
    They should have never been allowed to perform this wanton act of greed, because people like them are only making this housing situation worse because they have denied 11 other players a house.
