Those houses are not for sale.
The owner of those houses bought FC houses and relocations from other players many times over the placard price and relocated the houses into LB Ward 12 over months/years.

I think I actually saw a post where they where trying to report the owner for cheating with how they'd placed things outside. Owner spoke up and talked with folks.

The pictures where amazing. With about a third of the ward owned strategically, they where able to decorate in such a way as to change the entire feeling of the ward.
