So if someone is from CA and they decide to sext a 16 year old, by your logic they won't get in trouble with the law because SE decided to put the servers somewhere else where the age of consent is 15.

Umm, not really. If you are in California and you are 18 and you Sext to Colorado (AOC 17) you will be guilty of a crime in California. Even if it's legal in Colorado. Also no where in the USA is the AOC under 16, and many states that have lower has a minimum age differential which means 18yo 19yo might not be guilty but a 25 yo is. I should point out quiet a few "Red States" and a few New England States and New York have really lax laws on this.

gonna assume you didn't read what I was originally replying to and I didn't specify where they would move the servers. US isn't the only country in the world you know.

The NA Servers are in California because SE has their NA headquarters in California, if they moved their servers out of California odds are they would keep them in the US as US business laws make it adventitious to do so. No reason for them to move SE's NA operation to Canada or Mexico. But Moving to Texas might be a thing. Also your comment is a bit rude, and assumes that someone is being biased towards a nation of 300milion people and one that covers a significate portion of the Continent in question. Esp when there are only 3 viable nations for international Business on that Continent. One of which has a small expensive population, and the other is a bit lawless at the best of times.
