Maybe they are truly developing it with player feedback into consideration.

Unlike certain company that released the worse MMORPG of the last decade by being obtuse and secretive about it.

Then they fixed it though, but the new guy in charge is also obtuse and secretive sometimes and insist on adding content that is sooner than later dead and irrelevant.
