Open plea to the Devs

I suggested in the megathread that they create instanced housing for FCs and turn all current housing into personal. This way FCs can upgrade and customize their house as a group. Anyone who created an FC to flip housing and for those just want to be able to do submersibles can without diminishing other people's experience. I thought it was a reasonable compromise. I have high hopes for island sanctuaries such that it solves the requirement for houses in order to garden. Which should be separate. So that housing becomes pure vanity content.
