Why did the OP feel the need to tell the whole forum about their decision?

It is common courtesy.

If you try a new restaurant and something ruins your meal, you let the manager know.

Imagine if every single person who decided to quit came to the forums to post about it.

The developers would have great feedback and the game improves over time.

I don't mean to sound rude.
