Then why bother? Seriously with over 60-100 possibly even thousands of more genders to be added to the list, not every entity and non entity is going to be a he or a she. So doing s/he is not going to be inclusive and is more insulting to many in the non cis non binary crowd.

Honestly, it's tough territory to navigate. No matter what they do there's going to be certain groups of people that are unhappy with how they do things. It mostly comes down to upsetting as few people as possible.
