Also, let's say that no one is asking for extra pronouns to be added to the game, and only for a simple "he/she" switch.... then what's your problem?

Then why bother? Seriously with over 60-100 possibly even thousands of more genders to be added to the list, not every entity and non entity is going to be a he or a she. So doing s/he is not going to be inclusive and is more insulting to many in the non cis non binary crowd.
