Biggest pet peeves when it comes to dungeon runs?

People who seem to believe that they can dictate the run for everyone else after intentionally selecting to do often randomly selected casual content with a group of 3 other completely random people.

Fair enough, but we all signed that invisible MMO-Holy trinity contract when we decide to do dungeons. DPS, falls in line, Healers follow the Tank, and said Tank, leads the way. If you find a way to tank with a dps or healer vs level appropriate minions, by all means, rock on, till then, we all understandthe totem pole. And thats coming from someone who has DPSed, Tanked and Healed in over 4 major MMO's...I learned to drop the ego quickly, someone always has to lead, and we always have to follow (in context).
