I feel like this one has stood the test of time, in all my years healing and tanking, it alwas happens. You get some gung-ho archer or lancer, run ahead and boom, dead, because they thought the team would follow them.

I would second this one. It does not bug me to much in FF14 yet because I am still new and don’t know my way around to well yet. So sometimes I rely on those that run ahead a little to let me know the right path. Even though I have hardly had anyone run ahead and pull before I get there.

This sort of thing was so bad in WoW though, people are so fanged impatient there and it used to drive me absolutely nuts when they did it.
