Skip cutscene option in "Castrum Meridianum"and "The Praetorium" for non new players

Unpopular opinion: I hope they don't. Cutscene fiasco aside, being the only full party dungeons is what makes them somewhat fun - it's like a mini raid.

not only that, but is often fairly social during teh cutscenes. I rather like them for both that, and teh xp
